In the Safe Zone all weapons must be on safe and cannot be fired.

No loaded weapons are allowed in the Safe Zone. Properly holstered handguns are allowed loaded if they offer no threats to you and those around you.

Airsoft Weapons with unmovable magazines such as LMG’s can have the magazine if it is not in hand and left in a safe location.

Dry and Live firing while kitting up can only be done out of the safe zone (This can only be done when there is no game in progress)

Rules of engagement:

Never engage a person before you identify that he/she is another player.
If in doubt do not engage and verify.

Contact range both indoor and outdoor:

0 – Mt Grenade (2.5 meters’ radius)

0 – Meters Under 1.00J Gas/Spring Pistols/Shotgun stockless only (semi-auto only)

10 – Meters. 1.01J – 1.48J. AR-Rifle/SMG/CO2 Pistols/Pistol Carbines with stock (semi-auto only)

15 – Meters. 1.49J – 1.79J. Rifle (semi-auto only)

20 – Meters. 1.80J – 2.3J. LMG/DMR (semi-auto only)

25 – Meters. 2.31J – 2.8J Sniper Bolt Action (semi-auto only) Grenades.

Grenades should not be used on targets exceeding 25 metres away. The killing radius of a grenade is 2.5 metres (8ft) every person in this area is presumed hit unless he/she has a solid protection such as walls.

If a grenade does not detonate, it is deemed as dud.
Never throw overhand.
Grenades can also be used to booby trap a player Close quarters and Indoors use Single shots.

During close quarters engagement (less than 10 metres) or indoor engagement every weapon should be set and fired on semi auto or single shot. Head shots are to be avoided if possible especially at close quarter engagements.

Always attempt to aim for the body or legs of another player as headshots are dangerous and can cause serious injury. All players know the risks involved and accept that if the only part of them on show to the enemy is the head, they are presenting it as a target.

Aiming for someone’s head when one could aim for the body is NOT accepted and may be seen as reckless/dangerous play and in violation of the rules.

Close Quarter Behind Cover Engagement refers to those fights that occur from one cover to another in a 5-metre span or less.

During such engagements one should be prudent and aim as much as possible to the weapons or hands.

Do not shoot unless the opponent is pointing his weapon at you. Headshots must be avoided as much as possible.

No blind firing – blind fire is defined as simply firing without recognizing what you are firing at. Single shots only are allowed, No burst shots or binary triggers are allowed unless specified before hand by the committee.
When conducting a Knife Kill, one should use the dummy knife to lightly touch his/her opponent.

The eliminated player should not call the hit immediately to give credit to the stealthy effort the killer carried out. He/she should move safely and in silence walk a few metres away and then shout the hit and proceed to the safe zone.
No Physical engagement is permitted.

Offenders to this rule can be ejected from the game and stopped in further participation in the event.
To avoid overkill please allow eliminated players a chance to expose their dead rag or raise their hand.

Hit Rules:

Every part of the body is considered a HIT.

If the projectile hits any part of the apparel or body it is considered as a Kill.
Weapon Hit – when a player’s weapon is HIT, one can shout ‘Weapon Hit’ & use the sidearm. If the player does not have a side arm, the player has to call HIT
Blue on Blue happens when a person shoots and hits a player of his own team. This is still considered as a kill therefore both players have to call the hit and walk out.
Suicide– accidental own shooting or having one’s own grenade deploying within a 2.5-meter radius is considered as a hit.
Ricochets are not considered as hits.

When a player is struck with a BB, shout HIT, raise up hand, waving the ‘dead rag’ or hand to signal. A player should NEVER shoot back after being hit, put the weapons on safe and take the safest quickest route to the safe zone.

Do not interfere with the game and do not talk to any player (Dead man don’t speak). Before going in the safe zone, remove the magazine, shoot 3 dry shots, put the weapon on safe, and enter the safe zone.
Dead Rag (Red Flag) – is a piece of red material that is used by players to signal that they have been hit and are out of the game.
During gameplay, eliminated players should remain in the designated safe area where no firing is allowed as this will disturb the players who are still in the game.
If a player has not made his/her status clear with a dead rag or arm clearly raised, then they are classified as in-game players and can be engaged.

Game play:

Wear Ballistic eye protection at all times.
Finger off the trigger until you are ready to engage your opponent.

The game starts with “Standby…Standby…3, 2, 1…GO, GO, GO”, followed by 7 seconds of no shooting.

No excessive shouting if not hurt or in danger.
Players are not to shout out at anyone, thinking he/she is not taking the hits – INFORM the committee.

Re-Spawning must be done properly depending on the scenario being played. The re-spawn rules may vary but generally one should return to the nearest re-spawn point and wait for a few moments before re-joining the game.

Re-spawn points will be explained before the game begins.
Camping at your opponent re-spawn is not allowed

Cease fire must be called loudly and relayed from player to player with the intention that the entire battle field is aware of this status. During a ceasefire one should keep his position and put his/her weapons on safe.

The person initiating this call must keep track of the cause such as a civilian trespasser. Once the area is clear again one should shout “Standby…Standby…GO GO GO” to continue with the game. If one encounters a problem, the game coordinator or the committee should be informed immediately.

INDEX is defined as the end of the game. When an Index is called, players should relay this information with the intention that the entire battle field is aware of this status and return to the safe zone.

Before entering the safe zone, remove the magazine, shoot 3 dry shots, weapons on safe, and walk in the safe zone.
In case of a Police presence never point weapons at an officer, drop weapons in front of you/sling and identify yourself.

Ask permission to remove the magazine from the weapon and tell them that there are others playing and you are going to warn them shout CEASE FIRE POLICE IN ZONE. And wait for the committee to arrive. If instructed by the police, everyone will proceed to the safe zone, in an index state.

If Arguments occur, all the involved players must leave the game area towards the safe zone where they can settle their problem. It is very important that they should attend the safety procedures before entering the safe zone.

If by the end of the game the argument is still unsettled, those individuals will be asked to leave the area. (Best way is the being friendly and let go, change direction and continue playing)

Cheating:

If you suspect anyone of cheating then report it to a marshal or a member of the Committee.

They will then take the appropriate action. Cheating is deemed deliberately not declaring your hits, straying out of designated boundaries stated by the Committee, playing dead when not, straying from any defensive perimeter as defined by the Committee, using a weapon above the clubs specified limits, when a dead player communicates by word, gesture, radio or any other means to players still active in the game.

If the same player is caught cheating multiple times, the Committee has all the rights to issue a warning or ban the player.
The Committee also has every right to revoke his/her membership and are not entitled to any refunds.

General Rules:

NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO SHOOT AT OTHER PLAYERS OUTSIDE THE GAMEPLAY

Safety violations and/or cheating will not be tolerated. There are no exceptions. Any violation will result in immediate removal from the area. No refunds will be issued if you apply.
If a player has 3 reports per 4 sessions, he/she will be banned from airsoft activity for 2 weeks.
If a player is caught on camera a one-month suspension will be issued.
Marshalls may be used during games. They will be indicated with a high visibility vest.
During breaks a designated area will be set for players to do target shooting. Other areas are prohibited for such activity.

The committee is the final approval for all field decisions, the calling of games, resolutions on all conflicts and issues, and is responsible for all safety related items and events that occur on the field.

If a conflict or discrepancy arises that cannot be solved between groups or individuals, the game is stopped and the committee makes the final decision regarding the conflict or discrepancy. Arguing with the committee will result in an immediate ejection from that day’s game event.

Gear:

Hydration is critical for airsoft especially during the summer season. Therefore, Camelbacks or just water bottles will do fine.

A Load Bearing Vest, Plate Carrier, Chest rig or something modular like tactical belts with pouches is very appropriate to carry one’s gear in the battle field. Moreover, having a tactical look helps improve the experience.

It is also recommended to carry a whistle just in case of emergency.
Every member should have a personal basic medical kit.

Radios & Walkie Talkies:

In accordance to the Electronic Communication Regulation Act Cap.399 & the General Authorisations Radio Communications Apparatus Regulations S.L.399.40 and as suggested to us by the MCA, the only allowable license free equipment must adhere to the below criteria :

Privacy and Data protection:

WPAC members’ records are handled according to the Data Protection Act. Moreover, any information given to any WPAC committee member is bound by privacy and confidentiality.

Liability:

WPAC will not be held liable for damages to third parties, damages to one’s own equipment, loss of equipment, injury or any other loss incurred by any player participating in any event.
